James V. Benvenuto founded JB&A, INC. in July 1988, to provide specialized consultative and facilitation services to U.S. Government agencies including Department of Defense (DoD) and the U.S. Intelligence Community. Our concentration is on strategic planning, programming and budgeting, and manpower analytical support. We are expert in DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), the Department of the Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) and the Intelligence Community-Strategic Enterprise Management (IC-SEM) processes. JB&A ensures nondisclosure of privileged financial and force structure information obtained during the performance of these services. JB&A has also been certified as clear of organizational conflicts of interest (OCI) by the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO).
