Labor Category for Office Manager Administrative Support

Experience:

At least one year experience the management of an office and providing administrative support.

Functional Responsibility:

The Office Manager provides client agencies administrative support in the following areas: calendar support, general clerical, maintains property accountability, obtain supplies at the direction of the client, provide conference support, and assist with finalization of papers, briefings and correspondence.  Assists with the management of office security program to include processing classified visit requests to other agencies and activities.  The Office Manager demonstrates exceptional oral and written communications skills.

Education:

B.S./B.A. degree in an associated discipline or equivalent experience.
