Functional Responsibility:The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project performance and provides overall direction to all project level activities and personnel. He or she solves complex technical, administrative, and managerial problems and is responsible for interfacing with customer management and technical personnel, preparing reports, delivering presentations, and participating in meetings.
