Services

JB&A provides Subject Matter Experts in Resource Management, Force Development and Acquisition processes.  Our support includes consultative and facilitation services for strategic planning, architectures, organizational and force design, resource management programs, program management, executive level summary analysis, staff support and coordination, liaison, and detailed financial analysis.  JB&A personnel support the Office of the Secretary of Defense, National Intelligence Agencies, Department of the Army staff offices, Army Commands, Direct Reporting Units and field locations.  In addition to planning, operations, management, acquisition, and financial consulting services, JB&A provides tutorial training for the PPBE and Intelligence Community-Strategic Enterprise Management (IC-SEM) processes, and designs automated decision support systems to facilitate analysis of resources and manpower.
